Matthew Treon

As a Co-Founder, General Manager, and facility architect, Matt was instrumental in making the company vision a reality. His concept of an integrated, purpose-built, cell therapy manufacturing facility, combined with an optimized operational strategy, became a reality when he designed, engineered, and launched a state-of-the-art production facility and US corporate headquarters in 2020.

After successfully leading the team through the commissioning, qualification and launch of RoslinCT USA (formerly Lykan Bioscience)’s revolutionary facility, Matt transitioned to his current role as Vice President, Corporate Capital Projects, to focus on long term projects and expansion.

Beginning his career as an electronics engineer, the decorated Marine founded his first company in 1997, providing Metrology and Asset Management Services to regulated industries. Matthew then refocused his expertise to build out and manage clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities for the Biotech/Pharma and Medical Device industries. He has led and built many strong and dedicated teams for companies including PharmaForce, Boston Scientific, Aderans, Dendreon, and Biotest.
